October 6th and October 27th

The King Cross Cyclocross is a two race series that is being held this coming October 6th and 27th at Snow King Mountain Resort. The first year of the King Cross Cyclocross race bringing the fun and excitement of Cyclocross racing to the town of Jackson Wyoming! Hoback Sports is a co-sponsor of this event.

Cyclocross is a bicycling meets steeplechase combined with some running/hike-a-bike moments style event. Participants compete on a course with obstacles that may require dismounting and briefly carrying the bicycle. There are a few hills and stairways incorporated into the course as well. Be sure to walk most of the course to check out the various challenges presented to riders to get a true feel of what they are up against.

Races should begin around 11:30am and the final race slated to begin around 3:30pm. Live Bluegrass and Rock music will be performed by the “Flannel Attractions” will be providing some post race ambiance, and beer from the Snake River Brewery will be on tap.
