Concerts on the Commons in Teton Village on Sunday evenings throughout the summer have developed into quite the night. Kicking off at 5pm and generally wrapping up around 9pm. The “Commons” area in Teton Village serves as an intimate outdoor concert venue at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The family friendly nature lends itself to a fun night out for the whole crew. There are a number of food and beverage options available. Many folks will make a picnic out of the event. Bring a blanket, stretch out on the lawn, and enjoy the show.

July 4th 2018 will be a fun filled day in Jackson Hole, actually the 3rd & 4th look pretty good. There is a lot to keep you busy from sun up to sun down. Be prepared for the crowds. There tends to be more vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic than any other day in the valley. It is good to find a nice parking spot, try the public parking garage located on Millward, then set out by foot or by bike. There will be some congestion getting out of and around town after the fireworks display.

7AM to 10:30AM Street Breakfast, on Center St, by the Town Square.

10:30AM Fourth of July Parade. The annual parade begins on Snow King Avenue from the Rodeo Grounds to Glenwood, continues on Broadway, and ends on Willow Street.

2PM to 10:30PM Concessions, family activities, and live entertainment. This a fabulous community event.  The Grand Teton Music festival will be broadcast live from Walk Festival Hall during the show on a Jumbotron video screen at 6pm.

5:30PM Live music at the Snow King Ballfield prior to the fireworks. Food and Beverages will be available.

6PM Watch the shootout on the town square. If you haven’t seen it, this nightly event is not to be missed.

8PM Check out the rodeo at the fairgrounds.

10PM Fireworks!!! Held at the base of Snow King Mountain. This annual event is put on by the Jaycees, and packs quite a punch. This will be the final year that the Jaycees will be hosting the fireworks, as membership has dwindled.

Teton Village will be celebrating “Red, White and 2!” The village will be hosting two nights of fireworks and fourth of July celebrations on July 3rd and 4th.

July 3rd:Spend your night taking some great music in an intimate venue. Music starts at 7:00pm, with Whitewater Ramble as the headliner, followed by the only fireworks show in the area at 10:00PM.

July 4th: The music starts up with the Jazz Foundation of JH at 4:00 PM in the Village Commons. Grand Teton Music Festivals Music in the Hole simulcast from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, followed by Calle Mambo, bringing a high-energy, Latin and Salsa music to the stage. Another round of fireworks follow, starting at 10:00 PM. Food & Beverage Vendors will be on site and picnics are welcome. Please leave your pets at home.

New Year’s Eve 2018

The Christmas to New Year holiday season generally brings good snow and an energetic environment to the area. The spirit is all encompansing as visitors and locals rejoice and enjoy all that Winter has to offer. Usher in the New Year in true Western style.

Torchlight parades begin at dark at Snow King Mountain and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort followed by a fireworks display.

Town of Jackson

The Town of Jackson kicks things off with a torchlight parade followed by fireworks at Snow King Mountain. The town hosts a myriad of specialty dinners and parties at various restaurants and bars throughout the night. Town generally tends to hold the most abundant nightlife. Live music can be found at the Town Square Tavern, Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, and the Silver Dollar Bar in the Wort Hotel.

The Pink Garter Theater will be hosting Crystal Method, believe it or not!

Teton Village

Teton Village hosts a number of events throughout the day. Apres Ski tends to be followed by a “glow-stick” parade, fireworks and some music etc. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Hosts the Gondi Gala, which is one of the hottest tickets in town. The Mangy Moose Saloon will be hosting live music.

Twiddle opening act: Head to Head

The JacksonHoleLive! concert series continues to provide quality entertainment to the community. Throughout the summer, live music is available at the Snow King Ballpark. The ballpark is located at the base of Snow King mountain. This all-ages evening concert series is a welcome addition to the music scene in Jackson. Coming to fruition after years of anticipation, hope, and hard work this has finally happened. Shows generally wrap up around dusk, and provide a welcome social event for visitors and locals. Dogs are not allowed on the ball field. A five block walk from the town square and convenient to the S.T.A.R.T. bus, makes it easy to get back and forth from the show. Title sponsor is the Snake River Brewery.

There are a number of local food vendors available with dishes that delight. There is a mix of beverages for all ages, ice cream and shaved ice. Don’t forget the lawn chair or blanket for lounging. A number of local acts will be opening for these bands throughout the Summer.

Bring the whole family out as this is an all-ages event. Please try to utilize public transportation or bicycles. Take advantage of Valet Parking for your bicycle, via Friends of Pathways. Come early and enjoy the community atmosphere. There is a large children’s play area, featuring a number of activities to keep them entertained.

Their music is influenced by Nashville’s melting pot of folk, pop and soul. Sharing the bill is world roots music collaboration Playing For Change, a “movement created to inspire and connect the world through music, based on the belief that music has the power to break down boundaries and overcome distances between people.

7AM to 11AM  The Jackson Hole Jaycees prepare an all-you-can-eat hearty pancake breakfast on Town Square.
