Kayaking and stand up paddle boarding are sports growing in popularity. Whether paddling the waters on one of Jackson’s many lakes or shooting the rapids of the Snake River Canyon, Jackson has it all.

Touring the Lakes
A fabulous way to get out on the water. There are a number of lakes and waterways that are easily accessible throughout the area. Boat rentals of all types are readily available.
Whitewater
There is only one section of the river that is considered whitewater, and all companies are floating the same section.

Rentals are available from many locations throughout the valley.
General Information
Pricing for the kayaking or stand up paddleboarding range from around $42 a person up to $150 or more per person for a private lesson or trip. If you are taking a guided trip you will need to check in at the outfitters office about 30 minutes before the actual time of your trip time to get waivers signed and all parties coordinated and ready to go.
